1. Delivery fee applies to all purchases under A$50.
2. All prices are included with photo engraving (one side). Additional side photo engraving, special art work or text engraving are at extra cost.
3. The cost for putting writing is A$4 - up to 8 words. (Note: A$1 extra for each word after 8 words).
4. Orders received without full payment will not be processed.
5. 7-14 working days delivery applied from the time your full payment is received.
6. For 14ct gold charm, sterling silver charm and image colour transfer order, 14-21 working days delivery applied from the time your full payment is received.
7. All samples on our page are for illustration purpose only. The picture shown may look different from the actual product due to the different lighting or colours when the picture was taken/prepare.
8. Price, weight and specification are subject to change without prior notice.
9. One year products guarantee against tarnishing only apply to 14 ct Gold and Sterling Silver.
10. Givethanks Souvenirs will not be liable for any loss or damage when you choose to send your photo by unregistered and unsealed mail.
11. Givethanks Souvenirs will not be liable for any injury, damage or loss, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to our products.

Return Policy

1. Givethanks Souvenirs offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our engraving, you must arrange any return with us within 7 days of delivery. There will be a 25% restocking fee to cover the costs of handling and return.
2. The shipping fee charged is non-refundable.
3. We are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will need to arrange for the return and pay for the return shipping costs.
4. We will send a gift voucher within 14 days from the day we received the return products.

Freight Claim

1. All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within three working days after receipt of merchandise.
2. Our responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases when we deliver the order to the carrier.
3. We can't be responsible for merchandise lost or damage in transit. You must file a claim with the delivery carrier in the event of loss or damage. We shall assist you in supplying any information necessary for the completion of your claim.
