- We required additional insurance cover if buyer requesting for COD service. We cannot send COD parcel to buyer if they not agreed to pay the additional insurance cover. Australian Post currently charging the insurance fee at (please check with Australia Post on 131318).
- Items will be delivered to addressee nearest post office. Australia Post will collect the payment on our behalf.
- Pre-paid A$20 is require for COD service. This payment is not refundable only if the addressee not collecting the item from their local post office and causes the parcel return to the sender.
- COD service fee, postage, insurance fee and the value of the goods will need to be paid by the addressee at the time of collecting the item from the post office.
- The current COD service fee is (please check with Australia Post on 131318) and its addition to the postage charge. The postage charge is following to the current Australia Post postage rates.
- The COD service fee, insurance fee and postage charges are paid to Australian Post while the value of the goods will be forward to the sender.
